Reviews: Pros and Cons
- You will have a difficult time finding a place in Phi Phi town where you can escape the loud sounds of bars and parties, as well as the noise of constantly expanding construction near the hostels.
- We didn’t have any lodging reservations when we arrived in Phi Phi, so we sent our daughters off to look for something acceptable (this is what we do; it was our time to look in Phuket). They returned having discovered Sabai Sea View Bungalow.
- Amazing! Excellent setting; highly recommended. Perfect for couples and close to the beach. Due to my travels around Thailand, I only stayed for two nights, but I would definitely return in the future.
- Super-firm mattresses (which ironically had no impact on my sleep). When I asked for assistance with scheduling an onward transport, the receptionist tried to make me pay again, didn’t understand, and didn’t give my $300 deposit back.
- The hotel room itself was brand-new, spotless, and furnished with everything we would require throughout our stay. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, decent shower pressure, shampoo, and fragrant banana shower gel.
