How Much Will It Cost To Visit Phi Phi On Premium Catamaran
If you want to visit Phi Phi Islands, it is possible to do so on a Premium Catamaran. There are many ferries that go from the pier in Krabi Town and this is by far the easiest way to get there.
If you are going alone or with just one other person, it is much better if you have your own speedboat rather than sharing with others who may not be traveling at the same speed as yourself.
Is possible to visit Phi Phi Islands by Speedboat?
Speedboats are faster, but they are also more expensive than ferries. The speedboats can get you to Phi Phi Islands in less than an hour while ferries take 2-3 hours. Speedboats can be very bumpy and uncomfortable if you are sensitive to motion sickness.
They can also leave you feeling queasy if the weather is bad or there’s a lot of wind on your way. If you have ever been seasick before and want to avoid it again, then we recommend taking a ferry instead of going with a speedboat.

Getting to Phi Phi is actually very easy and a lot of fun
Getting to Phi Phi is actually very easy and a lot of fun. You can get there by ferry from Krabi Town, which has two ferries that leave from Koh Yao Yai and Koh Yao Noi. If you have time to spare before your flight home, we highly recommend taking the Speed Boat option; however, if time is already tight, then take the ordinary ferry instead. The Speed Boat will cost more but it will be worth it because it’s so much more convenient!
If you have enough time to spare before your flight home but don’t want to spend too much money on transportation costs (because who does?), then we recommend taking one of these two options:
1) Buy a ticket for an ordinary or premium catamaran
2) Ride along with other travelers who are heading towards their hotels in Krabi Town after their day at Phi Phi Don town’s main beach – there are plenty of people doing this because they want an extra hour or two without worrying about getting back into town before sunset falls each night!
The Premium Catamaran is just as reliable from Koh Yao Yai
It leaves from Krabi Town pier and continues onto Lanta Island with the last stop being at 1400 hours. The trip lasts approximately 4 hours and costs around 500 baht per person on top of your ticket to Phi Phi Don or Phi Phi Laem in Krabi province, Thailand.
